Material: The used safety tile in this system is our safety tile Standard TR60, 50×50 cm. It is combined with a 30 mm foam shock pad

Use: Create a firm base of compacted crushel gravel. Install a border of stone or rubber curbs. Place shockpads inside framework and connect all shockpads with special tape (Article 9PSTAPE) Firmly place safety tiles on shock pads. Safety tiles do have prefabricated holes on two opposite sides of tile for pin connectors (order seperatly article no.: 8PIN2). Pin and / or glue tiles to each other. The outer tiles have to be glued to each other – for the inner tiles glue is optional.
