Installation/
Assembling
„SafeOne42“: “SafeOne42” ideally is to be fully adhered to the substrate (cement, asphalt, H-Blocks). On crushed gravel: Glue side to side with PU-Glue SH100 or other appropriate glue. Cutting by hand held utility knife or electric hand saw with a smooth blade. Pay attention to measurement tolerances prior to and while assembling.

„SafeOne25“: Install only on bound subgrounds with a slope, (e.g.cement, asphalt), water should be able to freely flow away from the area. SafeOne25“ must be fully adhered to the ground (cement, asphalt, H-Blocks). Placing the tile on crushed gravel or sand is not recommended.

Recommended PU-glue

Amount of glue needed
Type 1174 or SH100.

Full adhe-sion with 1174: app. 350 gr./m², Side-side gluing with SH100: app. 30 gr. / meter.

Tolerances and note about material

Tolerances in thickness: +/- 3 mm, *Tolerances in measurement: +/- 2 %. Rubber-tiles react to changes in temperatre and humidity. This reaction can mostly be prevented by fully adhering the tiles to the ground.
