30 mm-Version should be installed on asphalt, cement or pavement by completely gluing the tile to the ground. 40 mm-Version: same as 30 mm-Version or side-to-side gluing on crushed gravel. Use a jig saw to cut the tiles. Rubber will expand and shrink with temperature and humidity changes. Tolerances of material must be taken into consideration prior to all installations. Pay attention to installation guidelines.
Type 1174 for ground gluing - Type SH100 for side to side gluing. Amount of glue needed: Ground gluing with 1174: app. 400 gr. / m². Side-to-side gluing with SH100: app. 30 gr. / meter.
*Tolerances in thickness: +/- 3 mm, *Tolerances in measurement: +/- 2 %
Rubber-Tiles will expand and shrink with changes in temperature and humidity. This reaction can be prevented by fully adhering the tiles to the ground (on bound sub grounds, cement, asphalt, …). Use appropriate surroundings to keep area in place (e.g. stone-pavers or rubber-curbs).
